Rejected Transactions

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

A 200% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at jk777, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (the deposit amount is not included). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies separately — multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found on an account, jk777 reserves the right to close that account.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.

6VIP Program

The jk777 VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can move up to higher tiers through regular and active play. Cashback is calculated each week and credited to your account on a set day. VIP benefits apply to active account holders only. jk777 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

7Fair Play Rules

jk777 operates as a safe and reliable platform. All games are conducted on fair play principles and outcomes are governed by a Random Number Generator (RNG). The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to influence game outcomes using any software or script.
• Placing bets against each other from multiple accounts operated by the same person.
• Deliberately placing low-risk bets with the intent of exploiting bonus offers.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation.

jk777's security team actively monitors compliance with these policies, and any account found to be in violation will be closed immediately.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jk777. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Extended period of inactivity.

Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You should withdraw any outstanding balance before closure, as access to the account will be restricted afterwards.
